Where does smartecco ship?
We ship to valid deliverable addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Applicable sales tax is shown before purchase. See our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders normally require 1–2 business days to process and an estimated 5–8 business days in transit after dispatch. The total estimate is 6–10 business days from the order date. Carrier disruptions and events outside our control can cause delays.
How do I track an order?
We send tracking information by email when available. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the carrier's first scan to appear. If tracking does not update or shows delivered but the package is missing, contact the carrier and support@smartecco.shop.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us immediately. We can cancel or change an order only if fulfillment can be stopped. After shipment, the return policy applies. See our Order Cancellation and Changes Policy.
What is the return window?
Submit an eligible return request within 30 calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. Change-of-mind returns are accepted when the condition requirements are met. See our Return and Refund Policy before sending anything.
Who pays return shipping?
smartecco covers authorized return shipping for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. The customer pays return shipping for an eligible change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
After an authorized return is received and approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. The bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
What if my product has a warranty issue?
Contact us within 30 days for an eligible damaged or defective product. After 30 days, warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. See our Warranty Policy.
