For faster assistance, include your full name, order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. If a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible serial or model number.

Returns

Do not send a return to the business contact address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so. Start every return by emailing support@smartecco.shop. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address, label or pickup instructions when applicable.
